Very Odd Turbine Car toy.

The toy is blow molded. It is very thin plastic and very light. The steel axels do not turn too good and the tires are just shells. The detail is very poor but it is interesting that someone made this anyway.

Any help with who and where this toy was made - would be appreciated. Thanks!
